In ancient India "Seva" was believed to help one's spiritual growth and at the same time contribute to the improvement of a community.  

Join us each Sunday as we share our practice with some of our Yoga Teacher Trainees, as well as guest teachers from the area.   Each week will we get to experience a different teacher.  Love Donations Please!
