Kim Depasquale E-RYT 500, Usui Reiki Master

Kim is ecstatic to share her passion for yoga and energy shifting. Kim discovered yoga in 2002 while working in the mortgage industry. While deepening her love for yoga, she discovered she was pregnant with her 2nd child. She decided to complete her 200hr yoga training while pregnant, knowing it would be a challenge but also offer so many wonderful benefits.

Her inner fire was stoked and Kim continued to study yoga with many great teachers… Shiva Rea, David Swenson, Yogi Bhajan, Amrit Desai, Ma Jaya, Paulie Zink, to name a few of her favorites. Teaching kids yoga first, she then created a corporate yoga program to share with many companies in the Orlando area.

In 2008 Kim decided to become a full time yoga teacher and attended a yoga on water class with Bari Denney. She fell in love when her passion for yoga and water merged into yoga upon a paddle board. There was no looking back and Paddleboard Orlando was born. Stepping out of the office and onto a board each day filled her soul. Moving to Jupiter in 2010 she sold her company and started teaching on land and at sea in the Jupiter area.

She was guided to Breathe Salt & Yoga becoming an owner, and now partner of this wonderful studio that has been a landmark of Jupiter for almost 10 years. Kim is always in the flow…. sharing yoga everywhere from the studio, at the farm with the goats, on the water, or halfway around the world on retreat. Her deepest passion is yoga teacher training also offered at the studio.

Kim’s approach to yoga remains ever focused on the balance between breath, movement and energy awareness. Her classes are creative, playful and heartfelt, and you can expect to move, sweat, and feel an energetic shift.

His classes are very strong, mindful , and will guarantee you leave with an uplifted and insightful essence. Neil offers lots of light, love & laughter.

Hannah Stout RYT 500

Yoga entered Hannah’s life when she finished her high school dance team career. She was feeling burnt out from the competitive atmosphere and searched for a new way to stay active. That is when Hannah came across power yoga. She fell in love with the personal challenge and growth of the practice and it quickly became a huge part of her life and identity. Hannah became a RYT 200 in 2017 and a RYT 500 in 2020 through the yoga school Wild Abundant Life. Hannah enjoys teaching various types of classes to people from all walks of life. You can expect her classes to have amazing playlists, a fun/non-intimidating atmosphere, and thoughtful movements that will have students leaving the class feeling successful and connected to their bodies and minds once again. Her goal is to facilitate a positive experience for her students so that they can fall in love with their very own yoga journey.

Jennifer Brindise, RYT 200

Jen loves to teach classes that immerse a practice in the beauty of nature and power classes that nurture strength, flexibility, balance and the mind. She often includes breath-work in the beginning of her class as she finds it clarifying and grounding, setting the path for breath to be connected to the postures. Offering flows that work to open the energy channels throughout the body, she plans for a well-rounded class. Jen likes to bring positive energy and warmth to her classes.

Jen teaches a power flow geared for all levels, offering options, so that all feel the physical benefit of yoga and then are prepared for the stillness of shavasana. Walk out and start your day energized, focused and centered.

Through Breathe, she is delighted to also be teaching each Tuesday morning on the dock across from Blueline Surf & Paddle Co. Tapping into our connection with nature – the sounds of wildlife, feel of the breeze and sun, and sights filled with natural beauty – this class focuses on slowing down to embrace the gifts of our environment with a yoga flow that connects breath, body and mind.

Maggie DeNooyer, RYT 200

Mornings with Maggie have become one of our most popular classes. You will always catch a smile on Maggie's face to brighten your day. This power flow is a fun and supportive flow which offers lots of add ons and opportunities to work on arm balances and other advanced postures.

Callie Allen , RYT 200

Callie is enthusiastic about yoga, coffee, books, music, and spending quality time with loved ones. She picked up a daily yoga practice during the pandemic, and earned her 200 hour teaching certification at the beginning of 2024 through My Vinyasa Practice. She is a senior at the Florida State University- studying to become a Physical Therapist. She is also the President of the university’s Yoga Club, sharing her passion with over 600 members. Callie’s goal as a yoga instructor is to provide a safe space for people to move with intention and cultivate internal peace.

Sarah Hopkins, RYT 200

Sarah has been practicing yoga since 2017 and it has changed her life in so many ways. She describes her practices as coming home to herself and a practice of connecting to her spirit. Not only is yoga a physical practice but it has helped her mentally and spiritually to be able to overcome arthritis in many of her joints through gentle, loving awareness of her body. She is passionate about sharing the practice with all who are interested in yoga and those who have been practicing for a while. Yoga to her is a safe space to see and be seen by the eyes of her soul. During her class Sarah incorporates meditation, gentle breath work and allows space for the students to explore their own bodies with curiosity. Yoga, as well as the yoga community, has given her space and support to align more with herself and share this magic with the world!

Sarah Foote , RYT 200

A Jupiter Native, I moved/traveled to as many places as possible since graduating high school. I first discovered heated vinyasa yoga when living up north (clearly missing the Florida heat). Yoga started as a cross-training for running and low-impact activity, but it quickly became a way for me to grow and heal spiritually, and find a new connection with the mind and body.

I received my RYT 200 with Corepower Yoga in Chicago in 2018 with an additional 50 hours for a deeper dive in sequencing, anatomy/physiology, and teaching community classes. I’ve since taught at a number studios and gyms, bringing my passion to help others align and find strength within themselves, their body, and breath.

Outside of yoga I love being out on the water, surfing, free-diving, running, strength training, and just staying as active as possible. I have a golden doodle, named Ellie, who loves the beach as much as I do, and I’m super happy to be back in the Jupiter area
