2020 INTENTION SETTING WORKSHOP
Make your dream/goal a reality and come set your intention for the New Year!
In this 3-part workshop, together, we will dive deep through yoga, guided meditation, discussion and journaling to gain clarity on the direction we want our lives to go and set a purposeful + actionable intention for the new year.
In order to get what we want we have to be clear + specific on what we want.
You will leave with a clear intention, a roadmap to get you there and tools that will serve you for life.
Align yourself with what’s most important to you in order to live fully + purposefully.
Here is what to expect during each 2 hr session:
PART 1- SET YOUR INTENTION
· Tap into your inner wisdom and set your intention guided by your heart.
· Get crystal clear on the goal/dream you most want to accomplish.
· Clarity = Power
PART 2- BECOME SELF-EMPOWERED
· Overcome fear.
· Eliminate excuses.
· Let go of self-doubt + limiting beliefs.
· Replace disempowering thoughts with empowering meanings.
· Empower yourself with mindful tools that will help you achieve your hearts deepest desire.
PART 3– CREATE YOUR ROAD MAP TO SUCCESS
· Reinforce your strengths, power and capability.
· Learn the next best action approach to help you get unstuck when you feel overwhelmed or powerless.
· Tap into the power of affirmations.
· Create your own daily ritual for success.
This 3-part workshop is open to anyone, no yoga or meditation experience is necessary, just bring an open heart, yoga mat if you have one and a journal.

Only $25/each 2 hr session when you book all 3 sessions in advance before 12/20/19.
Total $75 for the 3-part workshop.
After 12/20/19 the 3 sessions are $90 ($30 each).

You can book each 2-hr session individually for $38.
