Enter the Goddess Yoga Journey, Awakening Shakti. Each 90 minute invocation of the Goddess for the month will mirror a certain attribute or archetype in the yoga practice. Movement, mantra and meditation will transport us into the discovery of the deity’s true essence and traits that lie dormant or out of balance within ourselves. Yoga teaches that the creative energy of the Universe is a feminine power called Shakti. Shakti is the energy within everything, it is credited with governing our spiritual evolution, opening up the inner world of meditation and unfolding the state of union, or yoga, between body, mind and spirit. In a world that often denies or rejects feminine power, it is time to do the necessary work to reclaim the Shakti that lies within each of us—men and women and alike.  $30PP
