Wake up and flow with the rising sun for a mindful 30 minute gentle yoga and meditation class at Ocean Reef Park , and afterwards walk the beach with Dr. Larry Wood Director of the National Save The Sea Turtle Foundation for a guided sea turtle nesting tour. Learning the process of tracking the nests, and a high possibility to see emerging baby sea turtles take their first step into the oceans.

While we walk we will bring cleanup supplies to give back to mother nature and keep our home clean!
