Come celebrate the full moon with us as we enjoy a delicious mind, body and heart opening yin class, followed by a 30 minute yoga nidra session to soak up all the radiant moon's energy.
Bring your partner, bestie, family. Feel free to linger afterwards for a little Breathe Salt & Yoga Community social. We will be meeting at walk way #30. Please bring blanket/towel to practice on and any props you feel you may need.
