Stretch and release physically and mentally with our meditative yin practice. Yin is a calm, quiet and mindful class that maintains relaxed passive yoga postures for 3-5 minutes at a time. Yin allows time for your muscles, joints and mind to align, open and release. This class is suited for all levels of experience and practice.
Through the crystal singing bowls frequencies and vibrations are produced that assist in bringing a change to your body at a cellular and energetic level to assist with the body’s natural healing process. Our body shifts towards the parasympathetic nervous system, where we “rest and digest”, and our brains shift into non active brainwaves which promote deep states of healing.
